Lapping Machines
Lapping machines are precision devices designed to smooth and level metal surfaces with exceptional accuracy. In hydraulic repair, precision mechanics and component refurbishment, they play a crucial role in restoring elements that would otherwise require replacement. The process eliminates micro-scratches, unevenness and deformations that cause pressure loss, noise or leakage in pumps and valves. After lapping, the surface becomes perfectly flat and smooth, allowing the component to operate reliably again. Although manual lapping is known in many workshops, fully automated lapping machines are still uncommon in Poland.
